KAJ Supply is operated by KAJ Consulting LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use kajsupply.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, email, shipping address and the items you buy, so we can fulfil and support your order.
- Payment — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Email sign-ups — if you ask to be notified when the store opens, we keep your email address for that purpose.
- Preferences — your cart, language and theme are stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order database), our technology distributor and carriers such as DHL (fulfilment and delivery), our shipping-label provider, and Cloudflare (hosting). We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us to remove your email from our sign-up list at any time.
